This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online store with a delivery address within the territory of Guatemala.

 

Coverage in the National Territory

 

Shipping is not available to red zones. Please see the restricted areas below.

  • Coverage Zones: Villa Nueva, San Miguel Petapa, San Cristobal, Mixco, San José Pinula, Fraijanes, Santa Catarina Pinula, Villa Canales, Boca Del Monte y Santa Catarina Pinula.

  • Shipping Cost: Q35.00

  • Coverage Zones:  Starting from KM 20.5

  • Shipping Cost: Q50.00

  • Zone 1: La Línea, Barrio Gerona, Cerrito Del Carmen De 14 a 20 Avenida entre 17 y 22 calle (La Limonada).

  • Zone 3: Barrio El Gallito, Basurero General, Cementerio, El gallito, la ruedita, Colonia Trinidad, Buena Vista, Santa Isabel. De la 9 a la 12 calle se cubre hasta la 2 avenida de la zona 3, De la 13 a la 17 calle se cubre hasta la 4 avenida de la zona 3.

  • Zone 5: La Limonada. Zona 6 Arimany, Santa Faz, La Reinita, San Juan de Dios, El Carmen, El Quintana, San Judas Tadeo, Aldea el Jocote.

  • Zona 7: La Bethania, Banvi I y II, El Amparo, El Granizo I, II, y III, Mario Martínez, 4 de febrero, Sakerty I y II, El Incienso, Niño Dormido, La Verbena, Colonia 6 de octubre, Tecún Umán I y II, Shell, San Lorenzo, Madre Dormida, El Cerrito

Note: Verifying if the delivery address is within the Appendix of Red Zones without Delivery Coverage is the responsibility of each customer.

If the customer does not take into account this list and places an order with the option of home delivery in one of the areas exposed below, the delivery WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT, and the order will be canceled immediately. Therefore, the customer will need to pick up their product at our headquarters located at the address: 16 Calle 6-17 Zona 10 Edificio Pialé Nivel 6 Oficina 604.

Shipping Times

 

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on the recipient's location and other factors beyond our control. Below are the approximate shipping times:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Same-day shipment

  • Orders placed after 12:01 PM: Within 24 hours

  • Sector: Municipalities of Guatemala

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Next-day delivery

  • Orders placed after 12:01 PM: Within 48 hours

​

  • Sector: CAES

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Next-day delivery

  • Orders placed after 12:01 PM: Within 48 hours

  • Sector: Departments

  • Delivery time: From 24 to 48 hours.

  • Shipped whit Cargo Expreso.

Please take note that these timelines are estimated and may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances or holidays.

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery location. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process and will be added to the order total.

Returns and Exchanges

 

We do not accept exchanges or returns for sealed and packaged medications.
